i have been building my project for over a year now, arrival of twins meant i built my other steelie back up till i find time to build it again ....hopefully about now will do.

could some 1 tell me what exactly i need to order i.e oem parts etc ... swingarm spacers air boot's etc, it just gets a bit hard to follow with so many different ways to do it

What year bike are you doing? I started with an 09 airbox, but it's pretty small. I ended up getting the whole rear end from a 04-05 model and getting a CRF250X airbox. 98 CR250 is one of the air boots that will work. Engine spacers work from the 04 CR125, 54 and 59mm. I believe one of your spacers will work.

Just finished ours. Right spacer works, +5mm on right 54mm I think. I used 500 airboot as Aliso Bob.with 3/4in plate on 250r. Did water lines like stock 500 with rad 90's out the top. Clearanced centercase for spring. Stock 500 rad lines to radiators. I can get part number for spacer if needed

my crf is 04 i think , just the single silencer there's a pic on the link near the bottom

Ours is a single exhaust 05. We used the stock airbox
