Uses a stock steelie axel + nut in a gen2-3-4 swingarm to run your steelie wheel without bearing swap.
Will include a drive side seal collar to space wheel properly and a brake side seal collar that pilots the brake.
shown here with a bare hub and a brake side spacer.

The question is, with much less support of the axle, how is the long term durability? Or do you have a "sleeve" over the axle where it passes through the swingarm?

I wondered if it had a step on the back side that actually filled in the larger slot for the gen 2+ diameter ?

No step machined on the back, i made sleeves, but they have to be .090" and i'm expecting it'll be a pain in the nuts to try and get off the axel later, as it did on my af this summer when i ran the teraflex extended. just a cluttery handfull of shit to try and shove on there.
The block supports the bolthead aswell as the axel

I thought you said in the past you could just change the bearings and run a fat axle. Is that not the case?

So no spacers are required?
Just order gen 2 bearings, stuff em in a steely rear wheel and get the larger ID inner spacer then?

make the spacer the same length as the old one, you'll need to check if the spacers on the outside are the proper width
