Infact no.
This demonstration is on a 99 CR250 frame.

After youve cut them off you will need to remove the right angle.

Right angle removed, i found the left 1 fitted the right side better and vise versa

Once removed you'll need to dummy fit the mounts to the motor and then fit it to the frame.

I used a round 20mm x 19mm piece of solid alloy, i drilled and tapped the alloy to take the 10mm threaded bolt.this piece was tack welded to the mount on the water pump side of the frame because with these mounts theres very little room for a nut or bolt head to be worked on between the water pump housing and AF frame.
This way you eliminate having to hold this nut as you tighten the engine mount bolt.

With the motor fitted to the frame & the bolt locked in tight you can check and test the new front mounts for fitment you will need to file away material from the water pump side bottom lower mount.

With the mounts now true and square you will have to tack weld the mounts to the frame.

Then remove the engine to make the final and much stronger welds.

With the 2 bolted together you can see the waterpump side mount with the cutaway.

I have found that using this mounting system you needed no washers or spacers it's a perfect fit.
