CR500/CR583 Liger kit

Post by 23champ »

Anyone know anything about the CR583 Liger yet? I been waiting on this thing to come out, and see that its finally here. Does anyone know how much power these things are getting, and how much are they gonna cost?

I called and its not ready yet, I think it wold be great but not for the average person, you would need custom pipe, no biggy there but the case needs work to put the adapter on for the cylinder. Then you will have a big problem with ballance with that huge piston. I bet when your done you would be in it at least $3500.00 but you wouldn't be passed. LOL

I'm thinking more like $2500.

I did notice that it appears to maybe be using a KX 500 reed block as apposed to the CR.

I'm guessing the kit to put out around 90-100 hp, but the torque will probably be the most impressive gain over the stock cylinder.

its artic cat reeds and the case wont need any mods from what calvin told me. cylinder and adaptor plate bolt to the studs.

$2500 sounds about right for all the parts needed.
