Tires

Post by NightBiker07 »

Gonna need new tires for the 250 this winter.

any recommendations? need a front tire that grips well in anything, but is mainly aimed at loose dirt/sand.

as for the rear, ultimate grip is what i need.

never bought dirtbike tires, and i dont wanna buy some that suck balls. any suggestions guys?

Dunlop 755 for the front If you can find this tire at a dealer by you I highly recomend getting it. IMO it tracks very well and wears excellent. for the rear I like an IRC M5B for big traction or a Dunlop 952 is a good trail tire that lasts good on a 250, for a 500 not so much. good luck on your tire selection

I run the IT on my kids 250 - holds up well so far...going to replace the front soon.
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...
