team peak cr500

Post by kelroy_leon »

hey,
does anyone recall any info on these? in the early 90's there was a group of guys that ran in the vet class i think, and they were on peak cr500's. any pictures or info out there? i have had a hard enough time finding info on the 125cc team bikes let alone the 500's. has anyone out there made a peak replica bike? if so, could you post some pictures? thanks

I rode the Peak 500's back in the 90's. My Dad and I rode for Pro-Circuit and we had them in 91 and 92 for our Hillclimb program. One of the bikes we had was left over from the 92 500 GP at Glen Helen. Warren Edwards came over from England and rode it to a 4th place, we snagged it from Mitch afterwards. I'll scrounge up some photos.

team peak

i found a black and white picture online a while ago from 91'-92' of a peak cr125 but it had a white rear fender, not the blue like every other picture i have seen. now, when i need the picture i cant find it. could it have been a crash replacement? i have a few pictures of the team pit area and there were parts for days. plus it had the logos ? if anyone has any pics or any info it would be appreciated. im going to do my 1st gen up as a peak bike. thanks
