I gotta admit i was a little too eagar and called Bob to see if i'd lost a PWK pin somewhere that had a step or something, once I got looking arround i found a small box labeled "Higginson Bushings", I installed it and everything works Perfect, dont know what the "shitty carb" comment was all about

But seriously, I cannot understand. My guess would be abnormal wear, like someone had no clue what they were doing and screwed it up removing the pin.

I personally unbolted the carb from a 1997 KX500 at the scrap yard.

Looking for full answers here. Not trying to be a buttwad. I'm just amazed that would EVER happen to a carb. It's like buying a house and then finding out later the foundation is missing on one side.

When did you pull the carb? (As in the date xx/xx/xxxx)
