wiseco (cometic) has the best base gasket, improves port timing aswell

yes thats the one, it feels like foam, but its a tacky coating that seals that sucker up tight. they include the same style gasket for the reed aswell

Thats the ONLY gasket i've ever stacked 2 of, I've had to repair the bottom of jugs where guys had pry marks at the transfer port area, so i mill flat whatever i can get away with.

I just put an OEM one back on the day before yesterday and those are the exact words I'd use to describe it. It was kinda pinkish and sticky to the touch. Wasn't at all thin, but it was soft.
'03 CR500 powered by...umm...a new motor?

I usually go OEM but the cometic seals better
