Motor mounts in - 48mm WP Supermoto forks, triples, fat bars - 16.5" Excel w/ KTM hub front - 17" Excel w/ stock Honda hub rear - Brembo radial caliper w/ SS line and Beringer M/C
Motor is in process of going back together - freshened cylinder by GSS - blasted cases w/ fresh bearings and seals - new PC pipe and silencer on the way.
Hey Chris! Very cool project you have going there! BTW, did you have your cases and cylinder media blasted by the same machinist that welded up your mounts? I had that same shop blast my cases and press in the new crank bearings. In so few words, they did a supremely shitty job; there was blasting media in the new bearings and they bent the crank that I told them not to press in...
Anyways, thanks again for all of the parts you sold me and I look forward to seeing your finished project! Oh yeah, mine's up and running!

No, didn't go back there again - too expensive and they ruined a part of mine as well not paying attention. Didn't even go back to complain, they are just a bunch of tools!!
Luckily haven't needed a whole lot else in the way of work done for me.
Ya man supermoto bikes are nice...i love the rims and tires. How does the cr500 fair as a supermoto bike against four strokes? i imagine it's alot harder to keep the front end down around corners n' shit...
You guys are so lucky that you can get street titles for these monsters.
I have the same build in my garage, but have lost interest because I can't ever get it plated where I live.
