I Found this, it seems that subframe and other stuff was built by innovation sports in carbon fiber ,somebody have more info?

Definitely looks like some common DNA. The modern bike was a project by WRM in Italy. I never saw any additional photos and the web site is gone so it was probably a non starter. You get a lot of creativity in Europe from both manufacturers and GP teams. I seem to remember someone - Carroli? - raced a carbon-framed YZF250.
