the clan is still in but there is a 40% chance that the date may conflic with a project we just got the NTP on. this project is a canteen and the construction only has a 14 day window. of corse it needs to be completed with the lease amount of impact on the hostipital and will run 24 hours a day until complete.

so if the government has not orderd there equipment for this project yet thats a good thing but I wont find out until next week.

so, pending possible changes like Jay's, can we start a simple "I'm in" roll call? If the timing turns out poor for most, it would be good to make a change sooner rather than later, right?
