I know it's a different country and different culture, but really, a helmet is a good idea no matter what! At least on the kids!

in asia they don't give a shit about safety, they probably figure its for population control...
wheres that video of the guy on a little scooter getting run over by a semi, its a perfect example of population control and darwinism through lack of regulation. Kinda like the soviets with their mercury cooled nuclear subs, until they realized that if everyone dies the sub with just sink to the bottom :roll:
