Hard to take global warming seriously

Post by jbird_710 »

OK, I've lived on the Gulf Coast since I was 12 (now I'm 47). It hasn't snowed any where around here in the last 30 years and now it has twice in the last 4 years. Al Gore and all of you sheep that are on this "global warming bullshit kick" can kiss my fat white ass!

We were driving from Slidell to Seattle for Christmas in 97 and came through Van Horn TX and it was snowing like crazy. We pulled into a gas station and I asked for tire chains and they looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my head! Funnier than hell!

I don't wanna sound like a environmental goofball, but i'm sure you've considered the fact that you are getting snow at all could be a direct effect of ''global warming''...Just because it's cold and you are getting snow, doesn't mean the 'warming' of the planet isn't causing it to be that way. Though I don't necessarily buy in to ''global warming'' or whatever, i can't help but point that out. The warming of the planet can cause all sorts of crazy and unpredictable weather as well as changes to the geography of the planet...

... how many of you have noticed these the last couple of months. :x

Image

There were two double X's over LA today. And its suppose to be 80 in Riverside, CA tomorrow.

Personally, because I witnessed it over Saddleback mountain (Orange County, CA) back in July that these Chemtrails cause drought, and as per Steven Quayle. There were two thunder heads, one over said mountain and another over south OC, then a few crisscrossing chemtrails the coast line with two others coming in from the west both making U turns and headed back out to the west. I witnessed this from Corona to Long Beach driving in that day, and by the time I got to Long Beach the over said mountain was completely I mean COMPLETELY gone. :x

Think about it, with all the fires here, if "They" can prevent it from raining, how much would the insurance companies save from claims not being filed

And No I haven't been doing this either. :bong:

Way to go Balaclava, you really got me there! What's the matter? Too stupid to debate like a non-retarded person? Can't find anything intelligent to say so you resort to personal attacks? Do everyone a favor and STFU you pea-brain idiot.

I had started to type out an argument to why i figured you are such a moron...but i knew it wouldn't do me any good, so i posted that hilarious picture...

"you are spinning it around on me, and i call BULLSHIT!"...That shit pissed me off, i was just trying to enlighten you with a theory that i thought up...I even said i don't fully believe in global warming...you are the one who couldn't debate like a '''non-retarded'' person right off the bat, and resorted to personal attacks on me, by saying i'm ''spinning it around'' when i was just trying to point out a theory i had. I took that as an insult. I stand by my eariler comment, and i don't know how i could say it any clearer/louder...

I believe in greenhouse gases having a warming effect on the planet....
.....about .0001% of what the sun's cyclic contribution to global temperature is.

Not quite negligible, but certainly not worth the attention that is paid to it by ANY means.

The sun is not, I repeat NOT a constant, unvarying energy source. It is VERY active and changing. Case and point: http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20 ... 230341.htm

There are other reasons to worry about greenhouse gas emissions. Global warming is NOT one of them imho.
