Found the rectangle bar stock I need. So it looks like thats the way i'm going. Thanks for the input.

Time to get going again. I got the mounts from Shanman (thanx). aluminium stock just came in and swingarm bushing ready to go. i will post pics over the next couple of days.

Its been a long time since I have been able to work on the beast but in the last couple of days i have made progress. I got the frame welded with all the mounts and the coil mounted. I will post pictures in the next couple of days

Has anyone used Shanmans hose adapter on a 03 crf 450 and 91 cr500 conversion?
