That's cool to see. I always kind of thought JMB was kind of a poser though after his comments concerning Motocross racing in America.

I remember when JMB came to the states to race Supercross. I followed him because of Honda, but he did come off as kind of an arrogant French fock, if memory serves.
This was back in the early 90's when you got a weekly Supercross race on ESPN and I think Dave Despain hosted the program.

He was a jack ass, but that was a cool video non the less. After I saw that I found the 86 Aneheim supercross, probably the best supercross race in history, then watched a couple of old RJ vids good stuff.

That was cool as hell, even if frenchy was dick. I heard the track announcer mention Jeff Ward there at the end, now there was a good guy and major Hoon, albeit on a Kawi.

Yep and the truly amazing thing about Wardy and JMB was how frickin' small those guys were to be flat hauling the mail on the open bikes.

Of course the truth is, you don't manhandle a 500, you ride it the way it wants to be ridden, or something to that effect that I remember reading in an old bike mag.

Wardy had to stand on blocks at the starting gate because he couldn't reach the ground. Awesome guy to watch race, he never complained, always just happy to ride.
