Nice one mate. Must get on with mine, but a new baby makes for a slow garage life especially when I need to keep other bikes seviced and tip top.

Trust me mate, I know the feeling.

You gotta make a deal with the missus..allow an hour per night in the garage and just concentrate on one bike.
Otherwise, you'll be ringing me in 6 months asking if I want to buy your unfnished project :)

Hey Ben,I have a crf r model I am slowly in the process of converting. How did you go with fitting the pipe,is a real bitch to get in ? Mine seems to be very close to clashing on y piece, also very close to reed block and water pump housing. Its a pro circuit works pipe, not sure if the diameters of bends are bigger giving me less room.Dont have a stock pipe to compare it with.Did you end up using crf radiators ? I know they are different to the 500 radiators but Im guessing they can just be routed differently ? Which spacers did you use for swingarm ? Cheers.

Great Pics, thanks mate.So you used the CR radiators.... I have CRF radiators, fluidyne's as they are a much stronger build than the standard Honda ones, and a good price from BTO sports as well.Anyone know if I am able to somehow re-route the hosest rather than chopping and relocating outlets ?

I did, i just used some super bent rad hose i found at piston ring, and i used a y piece to to connect the crossover hoses. Pretty sure it works. I'll get pics up in a bit...

And man do these 4 stroke 500 bikes look AWESOME! good work...
