KOLA 99.9fm
In SoCal 99.9fm, broadcasting from the Inland Empire, Monday - Friday about 5:00am and 6:00am plays a recording of John Wayne reciting the 'Pledge of Allegiance' followed by a band playing the National Anthem.
Call me wierd but the first few times I heard it I got a little choked up and teary eyed.
How Hollywood has changed.

But good to hear, nonetheless!
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

I was actually referencing John Wayne.hoofarted wrote: 99.9 is an IE station - based in San Bernardino. Its not in LA, so Hollyweird has no effect - same lib asshol3s as always.
There was a time when Hollywood was patriotic.
Hope, Crosby, Heston, Sinatra, 'The Duke' on and on.
Now we have a bunch of lefty, pinko, fags running it.
I challenge you guys to listen to it and see if you don't get a little choked up.
