I'd have to ship him home in a box. That is, IF I could even coax him out of the truck.

Come on up Brit! Bring the NOS bike. I have an extra bed for ya! ;)

I love the smack talk.

I think I'm sending my whole top end to GSS and getting a trail port while it's apart...

Speaking of pointing and shooting, my jug is at Glen's right now getting a trail port job... :D is a PWK going to be a worthwhile upgrade? What are the advantages everyone has seeen swapping over from the stock PJ?

A PWK upgrade is well worth it. Its a straight swap, and gives much better performance.

Call John at Sudco, tell him where your from.....

Figured I'd update this... I got the bike back together a couple weeks ago. I'm broke as a joke after buying a house so the PWK upgrade hasn't happened yet, but it's noticeably better to ride. More power everywhere. I also put the stock pipe back on it, which I'm sure helped the cause. Taking it out again on Sunday to see if I can hurt myself. :D

I'm also going to try dropping the main by a couple sizes, it's a little rich on the top end and I want to clean it up some.

Yes please give us a full report I'm very interested in the trail port from Glen! I'm 99% sure I'm going to get one as soon as money allows. All the same its always good to here someone with seat time give a report.

Well, I can't say for sure if part of it was the jetting or an old plug before I pulled it apart, but it's like riding a completely different bike now. I was very impressed with it yesterday. In hardpack dirt in front of my buddy's house it left 1/2" divots in the road through multiple gears. :D It's very snappy, seems to have a ton more on the bottom, and is just an all-around joy to ride. It's a little much for tight woods sections, but a 500 isn't the best choice for stuff like that anyway. It certainly doesn't have issues with pulling the front wheel off the ground in better terrain, and I'm 280#...

You didn't just type that.

I've been riding mine in the Kalkaska Woods for yrs. I'm now completely positive I over smoked in my younger days.
