Ripped Off While at Pismo.

Post by nobrakesbill »

Got home from Pismo Ride on Monday only to find my garage broke into and my Harley Road King was gone. I was so tweeked I didn't even unload my stuff from the ride. I just put the whole trailer in the garage and threw all the camping gear on top of the bikes and went to bed. (After I gave the report to the cops). I'm so bummed I don't even know what to do.

Being robbed is the worst feeling I've ever felt. I'm really sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll find out who's responsible and kill the son of a bitch, his family, friends and his god damn dog too.

I hope the police and your insurance company take good care of you. I got taken real good care of because the police didn't want me to get my hands on the teens who'd done it, quarter them up, wrap them in plastic and leave them on their parents door step.

Here is the VIN: 1HD1FBW3XYY602125

Here is the Plate: 15G1527

Here is a picture It is not mine but it is the best I can do for now. Mine does not have a top box behind the passenger like the picture. It also has the black Mag wheels instead of spokes. Mine has a little dent in the top of the front fender like someone dropped something on it. The shifter only has the toe lever on it I took the heel one off and put a spacer in it's place. It had the passenger backrest and the luggage rack on at the time. No windshield and the exhaust is stock. There are some scratches on the bottom edge of the left bag where it has touched the pavement. There is a small plastic digital clock velcroed to the handlebar clamp and a cigarette lighter outlet wired to the battery and run to the right side bag. My full face helmet was strapped to the luggage rack (Black, HJC) with chips out of the top from being dropped. In the left bag was a skull cap style helmet and a sweatshirt. The rear tire is pretty new so the one inch white wall is very white but the front is yellowed from sitting for a while. The front of the lower legs are very chiped and corroded from bugs and rocks hitting them. That's about all I can remember.

Thanks to all who can and are helping retrieve my bike.
