I've got a guy looking to buy remnants from a grenaded motor i have... everything is in good condition, and from an '86

Ignition, complete
Transmission-4th gear only due to the kart app, but they guy is looking at it for a kart motor, so no biggy
Clutch

Basically, the entire motor, minus cases. I have a cyl that needs resleeved as well, and the head is trash. I don't know if I want to throw it in...

What would you pay for all that, minus the cylinder?

I sold an 87 motor on ebay that was on the last overbore with no internals for $170.

It's hard to say..you could get 400+$ if you parted it out on ebay. If you just want to be rid of it ask something less.

Depends on how anxious you are to sell it and he is to buy it.
