Wheel lock question

Got a couple questions about mounting my new tires on my new wheels.

1. The 03 CRF 450 only calls for 1 wheel lock on the back and if my memory serves me correct my old CR had 2 My new wheel has 3 holes, will 1 hold it or should I get a 2nd?

2. New rim strips only have one hole at the seem, I am guessing it is for the valve stem. What about for the wheel locks, do I just razor knife a small X at the right location?

LOL I guess I shoudnt give any advice on shit I dont use (I run duck tape around the rim)

Thats why I use duct tape

Go with duct tape. You can make holes in it for the stem and the rim locks. It covers all the spokes - which is what is most important - and it won't move either. And use plenty of talc on the tube so it can wiggle about a little....
