Which year has bigger bushings?

I forgot, what is the earliest year you can buy that has the big bushing for the swingarm bolt in the cases? I don't really wanna mess with getting new bushings for an older motor.

Thanks, that opens the field up a little. Got a friend of a friend that wants me to build him a AF so we are shopping now for the motor and kind of the roller. I got a 2000 250 I was gonna use but I don't have a title and haven't found one to buy yet. I'll post pics of the this next build once we get all the pieces together.
