Im pissed I wasted $40 on it.

Im normally completely anti bling but ported talked me into this thing as drilling a hole for the mount in the fender is "ghetto". Well fuck me I gotta drill a hole for this mount anyway and the flag aint even straight.

Im not impressed so far.

Does having the flag make the bike feel squirly or anything? We don't have to run flags on our bikes at the dunes here yet, only 4 wheelers and 4X4's for now, but I'm sure it's coming.

It beats up the flag a bit (especially if you install it on the silencer side), but out here at the dunes everybody runs a flag bracket attached to the axle instead of the fender. They're $20 or so from the shop next to Silver Lake.

The white plastic looks pretty good. Want me to lend you my purple velvet seat?

edit: bracket picture-

A flag is a requirement at every dunes Ive been to so far, im not against it as it does give you a heads up when cresting a razor.

Like I said we don't have to have them here yet. But just a couple of weeks ago a little kid got creamed by a 4X4 cresting the top of a drift. The more I here about stuff like that it makes me think it wouldn't be a bad idea to have one on there.

I guess I can see the point. Are the riding spots out there really that crowded?
