Learned a trick while out on Power Tour a couple of weeks ago from the guys in the Mother's booth.
When polishing wheels, spread the polish on by hand, then use the Power Ball to work the polish in. After that, take a microfiber cloth and spray some quick detailer on the polished areas and wipe up the black residue. Makes cleanup a breeze and looks great.
No reason someone couldn't do this on a frame if they wanted to.

It does work well on the frame. I apply this to my frame once every two or three rides. There's some older pics of my bike in here some place, it looks pretty shiny in them. It's got a mild mirror finish now.
