this could be a good deal for someone wanting a motor. $1000 obo but it has lower bearing noise, so he says. ive learned %90 of the pople that own these bikes dont have a fukin clue where or why theres a noise, so id be willing to bet the motor is probly a decent one, but without hearing it run its impossible to tell- if i was in vegas i would drive there and listen to it run, if it aint totally clapped out i would give the dude $500 for the whole bike and he probly would take it. the PC pipe looks good, pull the motor and sell the rest, use that money if new bearings are needed. in the end, you could probly have a good rebuilt cr5 motor for $300

its is utah. st george utah to las vegas= 120 milesPorted&Polished wrote:Says Utah, but I can't see someone knocking 500 bucks off unless they are broke as a joke.
if i was 120 miles from this bike i would be on it TODAY. even if the dude wouldnt go a panny lower than $700 i would do it- provided it shifted through all 5 gears and the rod was sticking through the side of the engine (which it clearly isnt from the photo). this rolling chassis would bring $300...$700- $300= $400. this rebuildable cr500 motor just cost $400. i could have this thing running like a raped ape totally rebuilt by myself (so i KNOW its done right) for $800 out of pocket, and thats including gas to go get the bike....try finding a brandnew cr5 (built right) with 0 hours on ebay for that price
