Post by Uzi »

A guy from another board that I hang out on that is headed to do a motocross race he drove 52 hours from cali to florida.
He had one leg amputated from a motocross accident and is still competeing. I just thought that this was a great inspiration and an interesting read.

Thats cool. There used to be a guy in AZ. who raced MX with one arm. He raced a KDX 200 (not sure why), and had the throttle, front brake, and clutch all on one side of the handlebars. He was a back of the pack beginner, but really cool to watch, and I'm sure took alot of courage, as he jumped the smaller jumps and such too. Can't remember his name, only his nick-name, the "one armed bandit".
Too much of a puss for a 500!
