Dude why do you keep wanting to turn your 500 into a 4 stroke? I've noticed you keep asking question that seem to indecate your desire for flat power, would you not just be better off with a big KTM?

My bud has a 11oz Steahly on his 500 and when I rip around on his bike
it is much easier to ride because the rear wheel doesnt spin as much as my bike does, especially in the small dunes we ride. Even though Im geared a little taller than he is I am shifting faster on my bike than when Im on his, and it seems that I have to work harder to ride mine as fast as I ride his. I got the chance to ride a KX450 four-stroke not too long ago and my buds weighted 500's power delivery feels alot like the four-stroker.

As for me.....I love the explosive wheel spinning hit of my bike !!

ya.. i weigh over 340 lbs.. i dont need any help taming the beast.. ijust need help keeping the motor together :). i think the steahly on my bikeis an 11oz. i never pulled it off before the motor popped, im sure ill notice the difference when i put the bike back together without said weight.

I would ride it a couple times after its put back together first before removing the weight...

well after reading a lot and looking at dyno sheets there is no way im gonna flatten the torque curve on this thing. I had no idea how flat the 450 four strokes were. the 5hundy dyno charts are beautiful . no curve haha 45 degree angle all the way same as hp.

Take all the screws you can out and give it a shot. I spent HOURS drilling mine just to find out the screw was stripped, but wasnt even TIGHT!! It was like 1/4 inch away from the fhywheel!! I was so pissed!!
