Please, before making any accusations, be sure you have the facts, and I don't know who has all the facts right now. You might think RJ (Rick Johnson) is the culprit, or maybe Durell. Or maybe, this was just business and somebody did not communicate their intentions well. All I know is that Andy is in jail, (Durell is/was in the hospital) and needs to get out.
DO NOT START FLAMING. IF YOU WANT TO ACCUSE, PLEASE GO TO SOME ELSES BOARD. I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD BE ACCUSING THE PEOPLE THAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP, SO PLEASE, THINK BEFORE YOU POST.

I just received word from Andy to let you all know what is going on, so here it is:
Ricky Johnson wanted to put a track in for trucks but we didn't have the room for it. Andy explained to Durell (the land owner) Andy's supposed partner that at this time it wouldn't work. Durrell wanted to bulldoze the 60-80 and the back half of the motocross track (everyhting in the bowl). We have explained many hudreds of times that without the elevation change the bowl area gives us we would not have a track.
Durrell went behind Andy's back and struck some sort of deal with Johnson because on Thursday, February 28 a D-9 showed up and so did some guys to run it. Pop was at the track watering when they started tearing stuff up. He called Andy and of course he came right over. Andy asked Durrell what was going on and Durrell refused to talk to him. Andy got pissed and started screaming at Durrell through his car window. Durrell took off and drug Andy into the car. Andy and Durrell got into a physical altercation and Andy was arrested for "assault with serious bodily injury." Andy is jail as I write this, his bail is set at $100,000 and he will not be arraigned until Monday morning.
Andy has put up with so much from Durrell in the last several years and this was the last straw for him.
If you would please keep us in your prayers. Andy has 6 kid's he needs to get home to.
