Proud To Say............

Post by Steiner 311 »

I posted earlier in regards to some property (5 acres) we were in escrow on. Well, the sellers were total jack-offs and spoke no english, too hard to do business with those types! In the midst of recent events, I'm a true believer now that things happen for a reason. As of yesterday, we are the proud owners of a 10 acre ranch on county land in San Berdoo!! Fully fenced, 3 bed, 2 bath home built in 2005 with two wells, one being commercial grade to irrigate the property. It sits on the high side right next to the mojave riverbed. You can ride directly from the property to all kinds of bitchen trails and such. Ground breaking will be this Saturday with my old rusty shovel, and track construction starts immediately after. I look forward to hosting some cool rides and events up there, so stay tuned and I'll post up sneak peak pics of the progress. Oh yea, and I can't wait to sling some horseshit on Hellbear!! :P

And this along with the jacuzzi tub is my wifes favorite part of the whole ranch!

BTW- We will house a moto-track as well as an oval. Probably a ramp too!!

Atleast it's dry so it won't stick if I get hit. :P

It's loose composite DG, kinda sandy, but not deep sand. It packs and drags really well when it's wet. Trust me, there's gonna be a shitload of end dumps circling the land. We should see how many can sling crap at Hellbear at one time!
