Rear Disk update to 240mm

Hi Guys,

I have a 1996 CR500, I have a set of talon wheels that were purchased for a 2008 CRF450, to enable me to run the rear wheel I need to install a 220mm rear disk and then have some custom bolts made up to allow me to install the disk on the wheel, my question is, are you able to purchase a 240mm rear brake system from a newer CR/CRF that will bolt straight on or require little modification?

big rotor stuff started in 1997, you can bolt a 1997-01 rotor to a stock cr500 wheel, all big bolt.
OR
You can slightly alter the brake caliper mount that is from the 1997-99 cr125/250 and install it on the CR500 to use some of the aftermarket wheels.
