2008 CRF450R frame conversions?

I just picked up a 2008 CRF450R roller and looking to have it converted. I believe I understand what needs to be done but don't have the proper tools nor welding experience to trust doing it myself. That being said, I'm looking for recommendations for the best quality place/person to do the conversion. I just need the frame mod'ed and a headstay built. I can handle assembly, adapting the airbox, and mounting the pipe.

Stoffers, do you do 450 frame conversions?

There are some photos of the one GTS just built. He is back and building good bikes.
