Flatbillers thats hilarious we call them Bros. Normally that means the bike is beat to shit but that bike looks pretty clean and nice.
Thanks! Ive been reviewing others threads regarding this build. I do have a billet Y section courtesy of Al Gava...It looks like the 00 CR250 air boot is the one to use?maddog1927 wrote:How are you planning on doing the conversion?
I highly recommend the billet wye that Jercs makes. He also includes some very nice head stays.
Review his build post on the other site. Mine is on this site and that site as well.
Nice find
dannygraves wrote:yeah, when I lived in south OC, they were Bros, but here in Vegas, no one knew what I was talking about when I refered to them as bros. In vegas speak they are flat billers, and henderson, nv probably rivals socal in per capita flatbiller/bro ratio.
To get the thread back on, that 125 conversion will need a cradle. good luck and post lots of pics.
No, but I did buy his wye, and installed it on my 125 conversion. I have never met Jercs, and did not know him until I bought his product, still don't know him, but we have talked on the phone a few times, he gave me some tips on how to do my conversion.MAVERICK66 wrote:Same screen name?maddog1927 wrote:How are you planning on doing the conversion?

Jercs? maddog1927?
Yea I'm really looking forward to the light and slim chassis. I only ride track so it'll be sweet.Gmbond wrote:I love my gen3 250 conversion, but I would really love to try out a gen3 125 conversion, just how nimble and quick turning the 125 chassis is it would be awesome in tight trails. Likely a little sketchy at speed tho
