The bike picture is probably a real KTM and the one they are making copies from. Those crazy Chinese they can copy anything, except quality control.
If you did buy a new bike from them, treat it as used; Take it down to the frame and rebuild it using proper torque values and grease instead of fish oil.

I got $100 that says the picture is the genuine thing, but what you receive will not be. We came out with an LED illuminator at my company last year and one of the sales guys recently got an email from a Chinese company offering to sell us OUR LED illuminator.
