Probably the best deal there is on a true performance sports car. Blows away most of the european exotics at a portion of the price. Nice score.

Well I typed all the paperwork and while waiting for tox decided to go get a free tank on the dealership, filled her up and gas guage now shows empty, by the time I got back to the dealership check engine light is on due to the guage.

Did a little googling and found out it has a fuked fuel level sender, no big deal rite......

$2200 to replace both senders......

I left it there untill I can talk to the big boss and figure out what he wants to do.

I am gettin a steal tho its an 05 with 37000 miles, one 60yr old owner. It wholesale books for 29600 and retails for 33500, Im getting it for 24500 plus tax and lic. And I got myself approved today for 2.49%

thats what i did then a week later the odometer stoped working.....
went under there and kicked the shit out of the gas tank and it works sometimes

From doing some forum searching it seems like a really common problem with pretty much all vettes since the late 90's.

The fix is to replace the sender's but the tranny and rear end has to be dropped to pull the tanks
