Those are two of my buddies, one of them very close friend. The guy who wasnt airlifted died at the scene and my good friend is currently in loma linda on life support with massive head trauma.
Eyes are open but pupils are fixed and no movements or response to stimulation.
He's got 3 kids with one newborn.
Drink driving and hauling ass dont mix, be careful guys.

I'm not going to get into the dumb things I have done because there are many, half of them I can't remember because I was doing dumb things. I haven't learned all the lessons I need to learn and still do some stupid shit.
It's a bummer your friends died having to learn this lesson the hardest way. It sucks one of them leaves behind a family.
I had a friend die this way and took out an inocent family headed to ski in Tahoe with him, it was hard, especially when I realized the family was from my hometown and I went to all 12 grades with the daughter. The Father was one of my coaches and his Wife a room mother etc. My friend was a good guy who made a big mistake, the Family he took out were some of the most genuinely good people you would ever want to know. There were no winners in that deal.
Your friends mistakes only effected themselves, I'm not going to say fuck em but in that respect they are very lucky, but death always leaves behind people who cared about those who died reguardless of the circumstances....for that I feel for your loss Brit and hopefully it serves as a reminder for everyone in your circle to not put yourself in the same situation....... peace.
