the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

I gotta admit I dint like watching those vids and it did make me angry but shredding them is instant and painless death, killing them with poison or blowing up their burrows is much worse.

Still dont like the idea of shooting something and not eating it tho...

theyre shooting them in a pasture, we shoot them in our pasture so the cattle dont break their legs in the holes, vet bills from ghopers are 2000+ a year. Think of it as not killing the fuzzy gopher, but saving the tasty steak

I've got a 700 bdl Remington 22-250 varminter with target scope, I don't think the Po Po would like me sitting in the front popping off gophers, but then again probably wouldn't be too thrilled abour blowing them up either

The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

Acetalyne would probably make a crater you could drive a car into and kill you if you were anywhere near. a TINY balloon (smaller than an M80) blows up like an M80. a garbage bag full will shred a car......now imagine lighting it in an enclosed space (prarie dog hole) where the pressure can build.....

Nope, its just got a heavy walled, fluted aftermarket barrel on it.
Supressors will get you locked up in Canada.
Shooting gophers wont.
In fact some municipalities will pay you per tail that you bring in.
