that's a great point Bob. That got me to thinking, would everyone prefer I drop the Banned script and do something like an HRC or CR500 specific logo? I have nine clutch covers with no script yet. I want to sell all nine, so tell me what you guys want...PLEASE! :D example: https://bannedcr500riders....

there is no way I would ever weld that stuff. It is begging to be vacuum brazed...that way you are guarenteed a water tight joint and there is no possibility for warping. Just my .0199 worth.

Danny, this setup works best if you run hose from the head fittings out the left side and into the splitter. Then it's more or less a straight shot from the splitter to the rad. Easy peasey!!!

That would be me. I am a design engineer by profession, so doing this stuff is right in my wheel house. pretty sure you can get a newer front plate and a front fender to work and that helps update the look. Sadly however, because of the tank and subframe changes, you might be stuck with the "hockey stick" side panels and the tank shrouds.

As it is it makes a good place for burnouts which still doesn't get to the cement. But the acid route may work. Where would I get sa...

A proper Bloody Mary

It's got to be spicey, and it can't be too salty. Clamato is NOT a proper substitute for tomotato juice either. Toss the celerey stock in favor of two large green olives with a splash of olive juice and a squeez of lemon tops it off perfectly!
