there is no way I would ever weld that stuff. It is begging to be vacuum brazed...that way you are guarenteed a water tight joint and there is no possibility for warping. Just my .0199 worth.

Danny, this setup works best if you run hose from the head fittings out the left side and into the splitter. Then it's more or less a straight shot from the splitter to the rad. Easy peasey!!!
