you could be going from 5000 msl to 1000 msl so there is nothing we can tell you without knowing what's in there. If you are at about 1000, my starting point would be around 170 main, 42 pilot, DGN needle.

You can maybe send it to Eric Gore for one of his big bore cylinders? It's about 600 bucks and you get porting, head work and top end. I'm going to do it with my 03 if I keep it around.

You can keep the Boyesen cover on easy. I'm working the same chassis and all I did was heat and bend the brake lever in two spots. Bend out closer to pivot and back in towards pedal.

I'm down about 8 lbs so far. The Concept2 rower and X-bike are kicking my ass. Gonna throw in some Power 90 and cross train work outs next.

Well, I made it back from vacation, I ate lots of salads and drank too much. Result is one pound lighter. I didn't gain so I've got that going for me.
