The piston appers to be smered all around ,The top ring is stuck way around. Show the exhaust port, I like the Idea of no bridge it works for us and most race engine porters.Glen

We've been testing two years and have had little problems with removal of bridge.The thing is you have to know how much and where to size the exhaust port to much excessive ring wear not enough loss in top end,just right Rings and piston under normal riding should last a long time.Even Honda say's o...

Hi Mick, You know as well as I do you can flow a piece of water pipe and get more flow and volumme. I port tune to the pipe that my customers run. If you wanted me to port a cyl. for you the first thing I would ask you is what type of a rider are you are you a putter or a agressive MXer or whatever....

NO the exhaust is 210 with the bridge taken completly out, the head clearence is 40 there is 4 more ports than the race engine I install larger head studs, I weld up the transfers and open them up to 180then I have a pipe that is so big it just barley misses the front wheel with the first defuser an...
