85 Cr500 Clutch stuck.??? ADDED MORE PICS!

So my bike was sitting for about a year before I got it.
Im slowly going ofer the whole thing now Cleaningstuff polishing stuff.

When the bike is running I pull in the clutch lever and pop it into gear it lunges forward and dies. The clutch cable is fine and is moving the little lever down by the ...
