Hi, im rebuilding the forks on my 85 project and was wondering what weight oil i should use? And also how much oil? I will be riding expert level mx and the tracks i ride have quite a few big jumps.

Also interested to know this, ive found 2014 ktm pegs fit but look like they will require rounding off the point on the end of the footpeg mount to get them to fold up.
Anyone fitted ktm pegs to there 85 before i go grinding down the peg mount on my frame to find it doesnt work Lol

Is the original 85 cover not magnesium? I didnt really want to fit an older one if they are magnesium like the old casing.

Hi all im currently fixing up a 85 cr500 wich has the normal rotted water pump wich is beyond repair, im upgrading to the newer style casing wich i can get from honda, but they tell me the waterpump cover to go with the new case is now obsolete! Does anyone make an aftermarket waterpump cover? Need ...
