1985 fork oil weight and height?

Hi, im rebuilding the forks on my 85 project and was wondering what weight oil i should use? And also how much oil? I will be riding expert level mx and the tracks i ride have quite a few big jumps.

According to the service manual

85 fork oil capacity is standard 551cc (18.6oz) service limit 531-571 cc (18-19.3oz)
fork oil level is standard 140mm (5.51in)
recommended oil is ATF or equivalent
