Running KZ3S stator, cdi and flywheel.
Re wired the whole thing yesterday and still nothing.
Think I'm gonna go oem 500 system to save the messing about.

OK so I'm building a 500AF. Decided to run the 1999 CR250 ignition system, but....I have no spark. I have tested everything and all within ohm spec. I have done a peak voltage test with a DVA adapter and I get 47V from the exciter coil. I get nothing, well millivolts going to the primary coil wire. ...

Hi all, new to banned riders. Wicked post here on the stator upgrade. Just wondering if I can pick some brains. I recently acquired a 99 CR250 CDI, stator, flywheel.
