VERY nice job Yota!!!!!!!!!! She is sexy!  I like the colors on your graphics. Very clean indeed. Did you, by chance, pop the for caps off and make sure the tire doesn't hit the pipe? My PC is a TTM special from PC. However, I had to move a spring tab myself, or let the tire move it. :l...

Gene, I am on the road at the moment, I will check my notes and post both FP and in stalled. I did the solder squish and my .090 was hardly touched. Other than the Millar valve, It is all stock. So, with the spare head I have, my plan is to bring the squish down to 50-60 thou and see what th...

The 500? It recieved Glenn's cylinder and head treatments. So yes, compression is border-line pump gas compatible. Just curious, did you do a installed CC to get volume and if so, what did you come up with? I did a flat plate and installed on my stock dome and came up with 11:1. I thought these wer...

DIY Radiator mounted cooling fan
This kinda seems redneck engineering. Mainly for the longevity of a case fan from a puter. I figure be keeping the puter fan connector in tact, replacment of said fan at the cost 7 bucks should be simple? My system is a regulated is 12v AC set up. The fan required 12V DC. The need of a rectifier was...

Well, for one thing. That TUSK case spreader and crank puller set up is slick. No hot/cold action, no propane/butane needed. Sure is nice having the right tools.. Motor just went back together. UPS dropped off the goods at 10am. Looks like the darn holiday festival is going to get in the way. Maybe ...

I don't know what what caused it, have a hypothesis. What do you think? No flaming arrow yet, just a list of guesses. -Counter shaft clearance at the bearings was a little on the tight side. Not too tight as I assembled it without the crank and checked operation, then again with the final assembly,...
