Got my cradle rails pressed up and fitter to the frame today, so tomorrow I am going to weld it out. I will post some more photos after I weld and clean the frame. :clink:

:shock: This is my first design of my Gen3 Aluminium Headstay, It took me all day cause I have never used an CAD drawing program. I think i did alright. All the plates will be waterjet cut out.

This is a Bending Jig I made at work for forming the new 25x25x3mm Aluminium cradle rails for my Gen3. It does a very good job. If anyone wants any info on the Bending Jig just let me know, happy to help. :D

My cr500 97 engine turned up from the States today, I was just checking the condition of everything when I came across some neatly engraved numbers and letters on the left hand side cylinder near the outside of the transfer ports. Its got :shock: 4Y 2 134 :shock: . I don't think it is from HONDA ...
