my cylinders pretty much always come off like that after using them for a while, not sure what that means
even the ones that are double checked to be perfect going in ?
Id rather they stayed straight, but dosent seem to hurt anything so far

just shave down the lip on the outside of the basket so it dosent rub and then assemble everything and you need to get the 250 push rod and shave it down till your clutch arm is in the middle of its travel, as the clutch wears it will drop the clutch rod make sure the shaved end goes to the throwout...

its a cr500 without the trans, it will only run on takeoff the coolant will run thru it all the time, so it will be warm and ready for landing anytime plan on starting it by forcing compressed air thru the blower stil havent figured out if im going to govern the engine, if i cant then i will manualy...
