Sounds like something Billy Mays would be screaming about if he liked two-strokes and wasn't dead.

I notice the 250 covers from 90-91 have the same part#, but from then on, the 500 and 250 are different. Are the newer 250 (92+) covers not deep enough for the extra clutch plate, or something? I kinda figured the extra depth was built into the crankcase cover, not the clutch cover.

Need the clutch cover, the outer one that just covers the clutch. Layed the bike down in a rock garden and punched the brake pedal through it. :x

Guess it's some J-B Weld for now, so I can go riding. Unfortunately my go-to tig welding buddy doesn't have the right rod to weld magnesium.

Kinda surprised he didn't figure out how to chrome the rubber boots on the intake pipes or maybe the hood springs.
