I'm an E/E guy, so I definately see the humor in that. We had surging ECS in one of our 16's that was on alert in California a couple years ago. I was doing the troubleshooting on the headset and my buddy was "driving". We ran that thing to 85% and everything inbetween, but couldn't duplic...

Are you using a stock metal head gasket?
Are you coating it with something?

I only use stock gaskets and I do spray the headgasket with that gold colored sealer- looks like spray paint. Never a problem since, even with high compression and nitrous.

My youngest boy was 3 when he started riding. He was actually riding a bicycle without training wheels then also. To be honest, the PW's are great first bikes. I took the throttle stop out and the restrictor in the pipe also. Believe it or not, the bike is easier for a kid to ride with both removed....
