The fuckhead governor didn't have to sign it.
Matter of fact, he could have made a statement by not signing it.
If you voted for him, go smack yourself in the balls with a ball peen hammer right now.
You'll feel better for it.

i like a piped harley, but i hate the rediculously obnoxious ones. and yes, the EPA needs to fuck off....their new regulations regarding lead-based paint has KILLED my income......a lot of my work WAS stripping and refinishing woodwork....well they cant see you inside, but an equal amount of the work is on the outsides of homes.....

I live out in the country on a scenic trail.
It just so happens to be a place where bicyclists and large groups of harley riders like to tour.
It's a real bitch when a group of harleys come roaring by.
Anyway, I was admiring a really nice bike at one of my commercial accounts and said something to the guy about the pipes.
He said the loud pipes keeps riders alive because you can hear them over just about anything and it alerts motorists to their presence.
Changed my opinion of the noise.

I live just off a main road that that connects north Orange county to south O.C. through the hills and you get these fuck wad "Bikers" (it doesn't matter what they are riding) they sit at the street light revving these things up for no reason at all.

Those are the ones that are getting the bad rap. It's funny if you pull up next to them they have ear plugs in.

Back to the point there not happy unless there taking something from you.

Even a stock exhaust won't meet those sound requirments. So that means all manufacturers are going to have to make new exhausts and that's gona cost more money, which will be passed onto the consumer(who's already struggling). Just one more way to reduce revenue for the state. Fucking goverment at its best.
