The Std CRF250 04-09 uses a 49mm on the left and a 59mm on the right, with the CR500 engine get a 54mm for the left side and you are done.

The Std CRF450 02-04 uses a 49mm on the left and a 54mm on the right, with the CR500 engine swap right to left and get a 59mm for the right side and you are done.

The Std CRF450 05-09 uses a 46mm on the left and a 54mm on the right, with the CR500 engine swap right to left and get a 59mm for the right side and you are done.

The Std CR125 02-07 uses a 54mm on the left and a 59mm on the right, with the CR500 engine you are good to go as is.

The Std CR250 02-07 uses a 49mm on the left and a 54mm on the right, with the CR500 engine swap right to left and get a 59mm for the right side and you are done.

Part# for the 54mm bush is 52142-KZ4-J40, left side of swingarm.

Part# for the 59mm bush is 52141-KZ4-J40, right side of swingarm.

If any of this is incorrect, please let me know so I can change it before any mistakes are made.
Thank you your info worked for me on my gen 4 250crf

I am at this stage now and cannot find a pic of this. So on the Countersporcket the side with the lip faces in or out?? makes a huge difference on alignment

thanks

The friggin soultion was to turn the countrshaft sprocket the right direction facing out ( Thanks Brit..... ) and put the short (54mm) Gen 3 250 bushing on the left, and the long one (59mm) on the right...

Sorry to change the subject but...
'01 is a gen 2 correct?
I have a service Honda AF, '01 they used aluminum spacers between the motor and swinger, it's a bit of a pain to deal with, could I benifit by getting rid of the spacers and pick up the 125 collars? Would I use the '01 collars which are the same left and right or the gen 3 collars?

Just thinking if I could go with the longer collars I would not have to have any spacers?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean? do you epoxy the spacers to the case so you don't have to deal with them?

The collars are $9 bucks....

Get new ones. and be done with it...

Measure the old ones + the spacer, and get the oem ones of the same length.

i do some measurements from mine crf450 -07 frame and it seems the measurements are 4mm off when using 54 and 59 mm bushings. There is 4mm gap between the motor and swingarm bushings.

I measure that mine engine rear mount is 73mm long. case spacers doesnt look to be very bad shape.

:!:
for the CRF250, and CR250 chasis, just buy CR125 swingarm rebuild kit, and you will have the right bushings in it! :!:
